The Story of Subversion

As I have started writing this post, the fortunes of two teams are changing in the European sub-continent side by side. Being an avid cricket lover (Jingoism involved), I was expecting a good contest in this second test match. I knew that there would be some rigidity in the first match as per the conditions & preparation, so the outcome didn't affect me a lot. I was pretty much positive about the turnaround for Team India in this second Test Match. And there were glimpses of the same at least till the end of the 2nd day's play. India was on top, and England was to lose this match. But unexpectedly, I am now writing about India's loss. Not only the match but also the honor of being ranked 1. England has, with lots of effort, used the "Trent Bridge" to climb to position 1 and throw the undeserved from there.
